The atmosphere at Healing Foundations is one that supports and nurtures the individual. Classes are small and intimate, with no more than 6-12 people depending on the class. There are no mirrors yet the space is open and serene fostering a sense of balance and reflection.
Chinese medicine is about balance and moderation. Our instructors carry this concept into the classes we offer as they focus one's individual practice. These are not classes meant to push your beyond your limits but to help you find your personal best.
Gentle Yoga: Join Jennifer on Wednesday evenings for a gentle yoga class. This class is great for anyone new to the practice of yoga, students with injuries and is safe for pregnant women. Jennifer's focus in this class is to provide you individual attention so you may explore your mind, body and breath connection in a safe and empowering way.
Our mission is to support your journey of self discovery. Your first yoga class is by donation, pay as little as or much as you like. Our single class rate is $15 and a 5 class card is $60.
