Yoga | Bodywork | CranioSacral Therapy

Jennifer Gaspers is a Hatha Yoga Teacher and certified CranioSacral Therapist. Jennifer obtained her Hatha Yoga Teacher certification in 2011 through YogaFit. In her teaching she enjoys observing the transformative power yoga provides for students from their mat to every day life. During class Jennifer's focus is to help you cultivate gratitude for exactly who you are in the present moment as well as to support your journey further down the path of self discovery.

Not only does Jennifer teach yoga, but as of 2014 she became an assistant teacher at the Cortiva Massage School. Fascinated by the function of the spine, Jennifer became certified in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) as well as a massage therapy in 2005. Her specialties include Myofascial Release, CranioSacral & Energetic Therapies and Shiatsu. With experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Cupping & Gua Sha, and Musculo-Tendonal Re-education. During a CST session, she incorporates myofascial and acupressure therapies to facilitate the healing process. In her work she has experienced that combining several modalities with CST, increases the body's response time, and the effects of the therapy last longer.

When Jennifer isn't teaching or helping others feel good in their body she spends her time running, creating recycled jewelry, and exploring philanthropic work. Jennifer is a returned Peace Corps volunteer. She spent time in Swaziland where she started the Bambanani Project of Swaziland, a project that taught business and marketing skills to community members. Jennifer attributes her experiences in Swaziland for shaping who she is today.

What People Are Saying

I absolutely love going to Jennifer's yoga classes! They are small, dynamic, and light-hearted. Because the classes are small, it really allows Jennifer to give you great one on one guidance. I love her Gentle Yoga for relieving mid week work stress, and for some really great deep stretching that makes you feel rejuvenated. But I also really love her Hatha classes that are more energetic. Jennifer has a knack for knowing exactly what each class/student needs. The environment that Jennifer creates allows you to feel comfortable, peaceful and (my favorite) the freedom to giggle when you fall out of your pose. Jennifer has a great calming and loving presence and I am always looking forward to seeing her and taking her classes.
