Lisa is a licensed and board certified acupuncturist and master level Reiki practitioner. Her approach to health and wellness follows the holistic tradition of Oriental medicine and focuses on balancing the body, mind and spirit.
Rebecca is a license and board certified acupuncturist and has completed post-graduate studies in China as well as volunteered internationally. She continues to do outreach work locally in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Jennifer's yoga classes are a combination of traditional hatha yoga poses and vinyasa flow sequences. She will meet you where you are at offering assists, and modifications to poses so that you can overcome struggle and be at ease in your body.
Clint is a Master Reiki practitioner and lifelong artist. He continues to build his relationship with Reiki personally and professionally through community outreach.

Revital has been practicing Thai body work for a decade and has even traveled to Thailand to further her studies. She has also studied Tui-Na and done additional specialized training in Pediatric Tui-Na (Chinese medical massage).
